The red ones have a higher aroma to them and are more smooth and mellow.

You can usually find your favorite beans at a specialty coffee shop or at your local grocery storethat will grind your beans for you. Do not forget for freshness keep your beans in the freezer until you are ready to use them.

If you have a coffee lover in your home or know of one, why not buy them some  coffee beans and let them enjoy the pleasure of grinding it and having a great cup of coffee. You could buy other items to go with it such as a coffee mug or cup, spoons, stirrers. Of course if they like to put milk or sugar in their coffee, buy them a creamer and sugar set. Talk about a great gift for a house warming party, a birthday or for Christmas.

When you go to buy your coffee beans think of a couple questions. Do I want to roast and grind my own beans? Should I just buy them from the coffee shop already ground? What kind of bean and flavor am I looking for?
