Don't get confused between your coffee-making methods. Cappuccino is NOT espresso and is certainly NOT a latte! In a latte the ingredients are espresso and milk but the milk is mixed with the espresso coffee, not on top as with a cappuccino. there are definite differences and the two coffees are not to be confused.
